for sure since you ahev chubby cheaks DO NOT GET A BOB!!! if you didnt notice (on me and basicallly everyone else) the bob makes your face look more rounder. i think you should go for a cut a little past your shoulders wtih very few layers. you probably look cute with bangs framing your eyes, but that might be a pain cutting it every three weeks.
